Objectives of the project

1. To develop climate resilient and sustainable infrastructure by establishing a new building as Vision 2021 Tower- 2 at Kawran Bazar (Plot 45/A-45/C) Dhaka
2. To improve  effective  environment in existing STPs and Innovation Hub in leading universities to create effective innovation eco-system 
3. To create common facilities for use of researcher, start-up student and firms
4. To improve the growth rates and market entry  of digital startups and small and medium-sized enterprises in the digital economy
5. To create a gender-inclusive culture for digital entrepreneurship.

Main component of the project

1. Establishment of  an Eco-friendly and Green Software Technology Park ( Vision 2021 Tower Software Technology Park -2)
2. Renovation of existing Vision 2021 Tower Software Technology Park -1 and other add-ons to upgrade as an attractive Software Technology Park  
3. Establishment of Innovation hubs in 7 Universities.
4. Startup facilities in 4 Software Technology Parks.
5. Establishment of  4 Specialized Lab in different Universities as common facilities
6. Innovation Programs in Software Technology Parks and create skilled resource pool for future innovation endeavor
7.   University based Innovation Hub management, Trained students in innovation and  university teachers as skilled resource pool
8. Connecting Investor with Startups
9. Human Resource Development Program
10.  Awareness creation and connecting peoples for Stratup/ Innovation
